| Time and Material
(T & M) Engagement |
| This model can
be used where the software application is in build stage
and documentation needs to happen simultaneously. Peiraa
will take all steps for better fitment of the resources
to suit the client's business domain and complexity
of the application. |
| Peiraa undertakes
a "Best Practices in Technical writing" program
for the resources to unlearn and learn new techniques
and process in documentation. The resources are exposed
to different types of documentation with sample assignments
and are assessed on their capability before deputing
them to our client. |

| Flexi -Contracting |
| Peiraa has initiated
this model based on the experience of handling documentation
assignments for more than a decade. Most of the US /
UK clients seek an interface namely a Documentation
Project Manager or Lead Writer to understand their expectation,
complexity and functionalities of the product. They
need to regularly liaise with the resource till project
sign off. |
| To address this
specific need, Peiraa works on flexi contracting where
the lead resource is available at our Client's site
for 4 hours to address conference calls, network with
other writers and assess the progress on a daily basis. |
| This model has
the unique advantage where documentation resources work
in tandem with the Client's onsite team and project
is in full control with all the stakeholders. |
| Both in Outsourced
T& M and Flexi-Contracting models, Peiraa provides
an option for the client to hire the resource directly
through right-to-hire provision. However, this can be
activated only on minimum completion of six months contract
term.
